Return/Refund Policy
Due to the highly intimate
nature of our products,
PleasurablePlayThingz does NOT
accept returns on any merchandise purchased online or through our
home shows. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This applies to items in all
categories, including but not limited to toys, massagers, lotions
and oils, lubes and lingerie.
DEFECTIVE products may be
EXCHANGED solely at the discretion of
PleasurablePlayThingz
Management, within 7 business days of
receiving your order, and MUST be accompanied by a RETURN
MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#). Returns without prior
authorization will be refused and sent back to the sender. Please
contact our customer service at

by phone at

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
FOR MASSAGERS OR VIBES: We
test your item prior to shipment to make sure it is in working
order, however, it is important that you read the instructions
provided to ensure the batteries are installed correctly. Please
clean your toy prior to use, due to handling in production. Toy
cleaner is suggested. Most toy manufacturers have a warranty
program for their product. Make sure you register your toy with the
information provided in your package in case you need to return it.
SPECIAL NOTE ON LINGERIE:
Laws prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn.
Please refer to the individual manufacturer's sizing chart and
carefully make your selection. In addition, Management approved
returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to
animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return and will be
sent back with notification of non acceptance.
